College president says, “Medical roles are the backbone of the fleet.”
The U.S. Naval Community College (USNCC) has launched a health science program for sailors who seek a career in healthcare. Established in 2019, the college met its initial operating capacity in the fall of 2023 and is anticipated to reach full operating capacity in 2028.
“Medical roles are the backbone of the fleet, from those serving stateside at hospitals to those abroad on warships and other sea vehicles,” USNCC President Randi Cosentino stated. “This key expertise covers a wide span of military specialties and needs from emergency operations to medical science and investigation as well as the most important humanitarian missions in the world.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For President Cosentino to be prudent as he manages the U.S. Naval Community College.
- For Secretary Del Toro and Admiral Francetti as they oversee the U.S. Navy.
